Need Computer Assistance or Want to Report a Security Concern? 
The OIT Service Desk is charged with supporting agency and county customers with their IT needs. Most IT problems and requests can be handled immediately by the Service Desk. Those items that cannot will be transferred to the appropriate OIT group for resolution.

There are three ways to contact the OIT Service Desk:
